Delivery Schedule


When your order will be delivered depends on where in the Townsville region or where in North Queensland you live.

Deliveries in and around Townsville are done on Saturday and Sunday. The delivery routes for each day are shown below. If your suburb or area is not mentioned, you can get a fair idea of when your area will be covered by finding when areas close to you are covered.


Saturday: Commences about 8.30AM in the following order:-

South Townsville, Townsville City,
Pallarenda, Belgian Gardens, Garbutt,
Jensen, Deeragun, Bushland Beach,
Bluewater, Black River Road, Rupertswood, Willows,
Condon, Rasmussen, Kelso,
Serene Valley, Alligator Creek, Nome.
..... usually completed by 2pm.


Sunday: Commences about 9.00AM in the following order:-

Stuart, Oonoonba, Fairfield Waters, Railway Estate,
North Ward, Yarrawonga, Townsville City,
West End, Hyde Park, Hermit Park, Rosslea,
Annandale, Douglas, Aitkenvale, Cranbrook,
Kirwin, Mt Louisa, Pimlico, Vincent, Currajong, Mysterton.
..... usually completed by 3pm.


Dispatches to northern centres (Ingham, Atherton Tablelands) leave Townsville by refrigerated transport on Saturday. Please contact us to find out when they will be available at your destination. Connections to Cairns/Port Douglas are made on Monday.

Dispatches to the south (Bowen, Airlie Beach, Mackay etc..) leave Townsville by refrigerated transport on Monday morning.

Dispatches to the Burdekin can leave Townsville by unrefrigerated Fastway courier on Monday (which we will arrange for you) or you can nominate a refrigerated service if you know of one.

Dispatches to Magnetic Island are on Monday. The refrigerated courier usually leaves Townsville on the midday barge service, but may sometimes be on a later service.
